On Friday 9th June, Pinkmans are delighted to welcome you to an incredible feast, with all profits going to PROPS! We’re raising money for this amazing charity, supporting adults with learning disabilities in Bristol.
Chef Ross Gibbens and Pinkmans Head chef Raf will be preparing you a lavish dinner, and you will be welcomed by Claire, Eddie, and the wonderful team at Pinkmans Park street.
We've carefully curated a sharing menu of dishes to delight your senses!
Our delicious starters
Flatbreads accompanied by a trio of mouthwatering dips: creamy hummus, rich muhammara, and refreshing tzatziki.
Light and crispy falafel, bursting with middle eastern flavours.
Indulgent, creamy stracciatella cheese with smoky romesco sauce on toasted bruschetta.
Moving on to the main courses, our talented chefs have crafted culinary masterpieces
Woodfired roast shoulder of lamb, delicately seasoned and served with a vibrant chimichurri sauce.
For our vegetarian guests, woodfired violet aubergines, drizzled with a fragrant basil pesto.
Sides include:
Tabbouleh, a refreshing salad featuring bulgur wheat, fresh herbs, and zesty lemon.
Succulent roast onions, caramelised to perfection.
Roast new potatoes with creamy labneh and a sprinkle of sumac.
Charred tenderstem, complemented by the bold flavours of Aleppo chilli and crunchy almonds.
To conclude this extraordinary dining experience we have our signature dessert, our famous sourdoughnuts!
Chocolate pecan brownie mousse in our sourdough doughnut, a perfect fusion of rich chocolate and fluffy dough.
Tickets are £80 per head, including a glass of bubbles on arrival and half a bottle of wine.
