This Gardening Activity will go after potluck. Activity will guide by finest Permaculture Educators!
Permaculture Educators are:
- Carol Burton: Carol Burton, Director of Permaculture of Urban Harvest, Inc, has been teaching gardening classes and environmental education over twenty years. Her favorite accomplishments have been creating Outdoor Classrooms and opportunities for kids to have gardens for bees, butterflies, and birds while growing their own herbs, flowers, fruits, and vegetables to feast and forage from the garden. Carol works on expanding opportunities for communities in need to learn permaculture, designing solutions to educate the next generation of gardeners and nurturing the environmental stewards for the future.
- Ethan Guion: Ethan is a living soil specialist and a connection to the permaculture/ living soil community here in Austin Texas. He is the founder, and owner-operator, of One Man with A Few Gardens, a private landscaping, educational mentorship business for anyone working on regenerative practices to transform their soil here in Texas, or for indoor growing operations. Ethan is commonly known as the plant/soil doctor here in Austin.
