Join us this May half term for a story cook-along!Woodfire Camping and Tale & Hitch are combining cooking and theatre this May with their unique family show at Caravanserai. Celebrating the year of reading, the show is an immersive story-telling experience running during May half-term.
Audiences are invited to join the Story Baker for a magical, immersive experience as we make and break bread together around the fire.
The Story Baker has a wonderful recipe. It’s as old as time, yet it’s still made, every day, in people’s homes the world over. The ingredients? A traditional folk tale with many twists and turns; a willingness to join in (everyone can participate); and, of course the audience.
Our expert Woodfire chefs will help the audience cook a delicious creation over the fire before sitting to share and break bread together. This enchanting and hands on show shares traditional tales from around the world and is about cooking, sharing, contributing and friendship.
The show runs from May 24th – 31st on the outdoor stage Under the Archway at Caravanserai (next to St Peter’s Church) at 12pm, 2pm and 4pm.
Show dates: 24th, 25th, 28th, 29th and 31st May.
