About this Event
Advance faster. Diagnose smarter. Perform at the highest level.
This intensive, one‑day programme is designed for service engineers who need deep, practical understanding of high‑speed and accelerated cooking platforms. From installation and set‑up through to diagnostics, fault‑finding, and performance optimisation.
Open to engineers at all stages, the Masterclass delivers manufacturer‑led technical training on some of the most widely deployed accelerated cooking equipment in the foodservice sector. Whether you’re strengthening your foundations or refining advanced diagnostic skills, this event equips you with field‑ready knowledge that reduces call‑out time, improves first‑time fix rates, and increases customer confidence.
Manufacturer-Led Technical Deep Dives
Attendees will rotate through 2hr machine‑focused sessions in small, controlled groups, enabling detailed technical discussion and direct access to manufacturer specialists:
- Welbilt will showcase the conneX® series, providing insight into system design, control architecture, software interfaces, connectivity, and diagnostic capabilities across this advanced accelerated cooking platform.
- Foodservice Equipment Marketing will present the Pratica Fit Express Double Mag High Speed Oven, focusing on high‑speed cooking principles, airflow management, magnetron performance, control systems, and service considerations specific to dual‑magnetron configurations.
- RH Hall will deliver sessions on Sharp accelerated cooking products, covering hybrid cooking technology, component integration, operational efficiencies, and common fault scenarios. MaestroWave Microwave Ovens will also be explored in detail, with emphasis on microwave generation, power distribution, safety systems, and service‑critical components.
Real‑World Technical Application
These sessions go beyond product familiarisation. Engineers will gain clear, practical explanations of key features, error codes, diagnostics pathways, component interactions, and preventative maintenance considerations. The small‑group format allows for detailed questions, real‑world troubleshooting discussions, and knowledge transfer that simply isn’t possible in a classroom lecture.
By the end of the Masterclass, attendees will leave with:
- Enhanced confidence working on accelerated and high‑speed cooking equipment
- A stronger understanding of machine logic, controls, and diagnostics
- Practical knowledge they can apply immediately on service calls
This is technical training with commercial impact, designed to help service engineers work faster, smarter, and with greater authority in an increasingly complex cooking environment.
