Join us on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, for the FDA FedFocus Showcase '26: Priorities, Initiatives, and Opportunities for FY26 and Beyond, spotlighting the transformative initiatives driving the agency forward and the teams making that progress possible.
Bringing together senior FDA leadership, the event will create a unique platform for strategic dialogue and collaboration. It will offer an opportunity for leaders across the agency to share perspectives on modernization, operational excellence, and the future of FDA services.
The program will feature three panel discussions focused on key mission and operational priorities:
- Shared Services and Business Transformation Panel – This panel will highlight the rollout of the shared services model, business transformation efforts, organizational evolution, and initiatives focused on improving efficiency, service delivery, and enterprise collaboration across the agency.
- FDA CIO Technology Panel – This panel will focus on technology modernization, digital transformation, cybersecurity, data strategy, and enterprise IT initiatives that are enabling the FDA to modernize operations and better support its public health mission.
- Acquisition Mission Strategy Panel – This panel will explore acquisition priorities, procurement strategy, industry engagement, and how acquisition planning and innovation support mission delivery and future agency needs.
Together, these panels will provide attendees with insight into FDA’s FY26 priorities, strategic initiatives, and opportunities for collaboration moving forward.
