It's time to get festive, dancers - the Fine City Swing Christmas Dance is back for 2025, featuring the fantastic DixieMix Jazz Band! DixieMix have been wowing audiences in East Anglia and beyond for nearly twenty years, performing fresh arrangements of jazz classics with pizzazz, humour and their own DixieMix twist. Their recent brand-new lineup has brought fresh energy to the band and leader Simon Nelson has reinvented their set lists with dancers in mind. Expect hot jazz, upbeat swing, and moody blues to tickle your festive tastebuds. Your toes will be tapping faster than Rudolph on a hot tin roof!
Supporting DixieMix is Fine City stalwart, DJ Andy AV8, who'll be playing all your favourite seasonal (and non-seasonal!) tunes.
And of course, it wouldn't be a Fine City Swing Christmas dance without mince pies, sparkle and fizz, a twirling of tinsel and a sprinkling of festive surprises...
Tickets are £21 online and £20 in person and will go on general sale from www.finecityswing.co.uk on Monday 10th November. They can also be purchased in person at the Fine City Swing tea dance on Sunday 9th November too. Tickets must be purchased in advance of the Christmas dance and will not be available to buy on the door.
This event always sells out very quickly so make sure you snap up your tickets straight away!
