We're excited to be back hosting in person meetings along with a virtual option for those who cannot make it locally.

First F*cking Friday is a monthly meetup designed for real connection, honest conversation, and meaningful momentum. No fluff. No panels. No pretending.

Here is what you can expect:

In-Person and Virtual We are all about real-life connection with intimate in-person meetups in Seattle and Portland plus a virtual option so you can join from anywhere.

Small Groups, Real Conversations Each meetup gathers about 10 members for a more personal and impactful experience. You will get to speak, connect, and be truly heard.

Led by a Breakfast Champion Every session is hosted by one of our members, a local leader who chooses the time and place. Always before noon because breakfast matters.

Co-Created by the Community This is not a top-down event. It is a space where everyone shares, supports, asks questions, and collaborates. Powered by you.

If You Are New, Here is What You Should Know:

• You do not need to know anyone. We will make sure you feel welcome.
• This is not a presentation. It is a real, community-led conversation.
• Come ready to share your wins, challenges, ideas, or questions.
• No dress code or prep work. Just show up as you are.
• You will walk away with insight, support, and connection that actually lasts.
• You do not have to have it all figured out to be here. Just bring yourself.

By attending this event, you agree that photographs and video recordings will be taken for possible use on the FBomb website, marketing materials, and social media.

Info: This is also the time to practice your elevator pitches during your introductions. Why? It’ll help you sharpen your pitch game while giving the rest of us a front-row seat to your business. Don’t worry if you haven’t nailed it yet. That’s what these practices are for!

Info: Pick a role that might best suit you to contribute and uplift the squad experience. We all thank you for this! (It’s on page 3.)

Info: Conversation Captain, flex your role and get folx started. Take turns, one at a time, and read out loud the Community Agreements. Don’t skip this part! This is what it means to be part of the F*Bomb community! (It’s on page 4.)

Info: This is where we dig into our business and break it down. You may be the expert in the group. You may know very little. This is where the magic happens with the brain trust of the squad, where we become more than the good ol’ networking. (It’s on page 5.)

Info: Do you have an explosive situation that could use the squad’s support? This is the perfect time. Don’t forget to offer something in return for the support. (PS. Not everyone has to share. It’s a space to help those who are really in a pickle!)
