Unearth the treasures of St Georges’ garden during a serene, three-course lunch that both showcases vibrant flavours and pushes the boundaries of culinary artistry.This intimate celebration, held onsite at St Georges Restaurant, combines the rich offerings of the surrounding gardens with produce from selected local suppliers.
Beginning with a welcome drink, garden tour and brief but informative talk, you’ll then be seated for a carefully crafted three-course menu, composed by head chef Francky Godinho and his wife, Kat, and highlighting the connection between farm and table. Each dish tells a story of sustainability and local flavour.
