I invite you to an uplifting and powerful all WEEKEND WELLNESS event that's all about healing and self-discovery! Come as you are and bring your fabulous energy; it's time to release what nolonger serves you and embrace a brand-new you!I challenge you to bring an accountability partner along for the ride because we're all in this together! We'll smash some plates (yes, you heard that right!), sweat it out with a RIVER RAFTING 🚣🏾♀️ and 🧘🏿 Yoga for wellness workout, and write a heartfelt note to your future self.
This "Letting it Go" Plate-Smashing MENTAL HEALTH & WELLNESS Event is powerful and fun way for you to release any negative emotions and frustrations from the past , symbolizing a fresh start. Participants will write down some things they want to let go of from the past year-whether it's stress, a difficult experience, a bad relationship or a bad habit-on a ceramic plate and then smash it as a symbol of releasing that energy. Whether it's releasing stress, past regrets, or anything holding you back, this event is a safe space to break free and start with renewed energy.
