In honor of Fathers Day, we are holding a full day workshop focused on unpacking the wounds from our fathers. (This workshop is open to all genders)
Fatherhood is one of the most amazing things a human can experience, yet our culture does not provide an environment for fathers to be supported, educated and honored so that they may be the best support to their children. Due to this cultural dysfunction, many fathers end up causing harm to their children on many different levels.
Many of us grew up with abusive, neglectful or absent fathers.
The severity of this is different for each individual. At this workshop we will explore this wounding and how it has effected who we are today.
We will also look at how the impact of our father wounds shows up in how we hold fatherhood in our own lives either as parents with children or for those in our lives that are parents.
You will be doing deep somatic work on these wounds so that you may start to transform the things within yourself and your life that are affected by these wounds.
When: Saturday, June 15th, 2024 (the day before fathers day)
10:00 AM-6:30 PM (approx end time)
Where: Mandala Sanctuary, Eugene, Oregon. Directions provided after registration.
Cost: Sliding Scale $255-$555
Payment plans available on request.
Registration Deadline May 15th, late registrations are $50 more.
