The Notre Dame Information Technology Club proudly presents the sixth edition of the 𝗙𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗺 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 (𝗙𝗧𝗠𝗣𝗖 𝟲.𝟬). Honoring the life and legacy of Father Richard William Timm, this contest channels his devotion to inquiry and service into the spirit of competitive programming. Participants will face a series of challenging algorithmic problems designed to test efficiency, logical precision, and creative problem‑solving under time pressure. FTMPC 6.0 is not just about writing code, but it’s also about crafting elegant solutions, optimizing performance, and demonstrating mastery of computational reasoning. In this arena, intellect meets conscience, as competitors embody both technical excellence and the deeper values of curiosity, rigor, and integrity that Father Timm taught us.Open to students from various educational backgrounds, including schools, colleges, and polytechnic institutes, this contest offers a transformative experience. Participants will compete individually, showcasing their programming skills in Python, C, or C++, as they tackle challenges inspired by the prestigious International Olympiad in Informatics (IOI) format.
