In Level 1 class, we learn basic Fat Chance Belly Dance® (FCBD®) steps, cues, formations, and eye contact. These fundamentals provide dancers with the power to work together through improvising with the addition of musical phrasing creating a new expression with each dance. In Level 2, we build on the basics and learn more complex moves. This is a fun way to meet others in the community and connect with the body.
Dance experience: None - all are welcome
Fee: $105 for 7-week series pass good for specified dates below and is good for Level 1 OR Level 2. No refunds, no make-ups, no transfers. Payment for a 7-week series pass is due at beginning of first class (12/6/2025).
$17 single drop-in class
$25 Level 1 & 2 drop-in for the day
Accepted payment types: Cash, Check, Venmo, and PayPal. Please pay in person. I do not sell tickets in advance or online.

Turn into the complex, go straight to the last row of buildings, Studio Z is the first suite on the right.
When: Saturdays (Dec. 6, 13, 20, Jan. 3,10, 17, 24)
10-11am Level 1 (Beginner) *Series repeats every 7 weeks.
11am-12pm Level 2 (Intermediate) *Must have completed Level 1 and teacher approval.
Note: No class on Dec. 27
Ages: All ages are welcome

Attire and more: Comfortable clothing (leggings, yoga pants, flowing skirt, hip scarf, dance shoes), water, and finger cymbals or Zils (optional)
