About this Event
In our Fast & Fresh Cheesemaking class, we’ll gather in the farmhouse kitchen just steps from the goat pasture and turn our fresh goat milk into two simple, beautiful cheeses. I’ll walk you through each step in a way that feels approachable and doable—no fancy equipment or prior experience needed.
This is one of my favorite classes because it’s all about building confidence. You’ll see just how quickly milk can become something truly special, and along the way we’ll taste, talk, and share plenty of tips (including what to do with that leftover whey).
We’ll eat everything we make, of course.
Wear your comfy farm clothes, bring your curiosity, and plan to meet the goats before or after class. It’s simple, satisfying, and just a really good way to spend an afternoon.
