Fashion Sewing Series

The fashion sewing series is desinged for the beginner advanced sewers that's ready to move to the next level on their sewing journey; inserting zippers and buttons wholes, additional techniques and complete 3 projects. All the skills needed to make your 2026 summer fits.

$300 per block

Dates/times:

BLOCK 1): 3/8, 3/22 & 4/4, 1:30 - 5:30p

BLOCK 2): 4/12, 4/26 & 5/3, 2-4P

BLOCK 3): 5/9, 5/16 & 5/23, 2-4P

I strongly recommend completeing each block. Otherwise, you will miss out on essential skills needed to successfully complete any sewing project.

Sewing Supplies: Sewing tools are essential to any sewing project. Below is a list of quality tools (please bring to every session).

All items are available at Fabric Place Basement (Don't purchase the per-made sewing kits-the quality is bad and you'll just end up purchasing the items again).

· Sewing machine (good working)

· Scissors (8 ½ inch)

· Seam ripper

· Hem Gauge

· 60" tape measure

· Prym Dritz Dressmaker Straight Pins

· Singer Hand Sewing Needles/compact 30 count

· Schmetz Universal Sewing Machine Needles/combo pack

· Wrights Washout Pencil/ Valu-pak-3Pkg

· Dritz Single Face Tracing Paper – 6” x 19” 5 sheets

· Dritz 6” Tracing Wheel Plastic Handle

· Prym Dritz Superboard (cutting board) for home use.

· 1/2 yard – cotton muslin fabric
