About this Event
General Description
Use the Stretch Therapy Methodology to optimize the individual’s rehabilitation, performance, and recovery needs. The methodology consists of mostly passive stretching using the myofascial lines (Kinetic Chains). The use of tools such as stabilizing straps help reach certain muscle groups and manipulate the myofascial lines mobility. This methodology is to be used as an essential way of helping patients/clients improve and reach a better functional capacity. Through an assessment system, the specialist will be able to program a fascial stretch modality to achieve desired outcomes, as well as implement, take-home strategies for the patient or client.
