PTx FarmENGAGE Training Session
These sessions are practical and hands-on, designed to help you get more value out of FarmENGAGE and make everyday jobs like recordkeeping, planning, and reporting much easier—especially as compliance requirements continue to tighten.
What we’ll cover:
We’ll work through FarmENGAGE step by step, including:
- Setting up your farm (maps, crops, inputs, people)
- Recording jobs such as spraying, fertiliser, and scouting
- Planning and completing work orders
- Importing machine data (including from non‑PTx Trimble machines)
- Using precision ag tools like VRA and exclusions
- Pulling reports for costs, inputs, and compliance
We’ll also talk through integration opportunities that can help reduce admin, improve recordkeeping & compliance using FarmENGAGE integration with:
- FarmReady’s Shed for inventory and chemical management
- Precision Farming for seamless reporting to HawkEye and MyBallance
- JohnDeere Operations Center to reduce double entry
- AGCO FendtOne TaskDoc VarioDOC to reduce double entry
- CNH FieldOPS to reduce double entry
What you’ll get out of it:
By the end of the session, you’ll be able to:
- Spend less time on paperwork
- Avoid missing jobs or doubling up
- Stay on top of compliance requirements
- Keep better track of costs and inputs
- Get your whole team working from the same system
- See how different platforms can work together to save time and reduce double-handling

If you’d like to see whether FarmENGAGE will work for your farm, please get in touch and we can set up a trial before the session. That way, you can use your own farm data on the day rather than just watching.

We’d also love you to invite along other farmers or growers you think could benefit from having all their farm information in one place—whether they’re already using ag tech or just starting out.
A few tips before you come:
- Bring any questions or problem areas you’d like help with (or preferably email these through in advance so we can be well prepared)
- Think about what you want to improve on your farm so that we can discuss ways FarmENGAGE might be able to help with this
- If possible, bring someone else from your team so you have someone to discuss your learnings with and find practical ways to implement them
By the end of the session, you should feel confident using FarmENGAGE and have a clear idea of how it fits into your day-to-day work.
