Chef Chelsey discovered her love of cooking at an early age, inspired by countless hours spent in the kitchen with her family. Those early experiences shaped not only her technical skills but also her belief that food is one of the most powerful ways to bring people together and create lasting memories. With 28 years of hands-on experience, Chef Chelsey’s culinary journey has included restaurants, bake sales, pop-ups, and live chef demonstrations—each leaving a lasting impression (along with a few well-earned burn marks to prove her dedication).Although not a Kansas City native, the past decade in the Kansas City metropolitan area has profoundly influenced her culinary path. During that time, she has had the privilege of mentoring under exceptional chefs, refining her craft, and developing a distinctive style that blends learned technique with her own creativity and passion for Asian cuisine.Beyond the kitchen, Chef Chelsey is committed to mentoring aspiring culinarians, collaborating with local farmers and producers, and engaging with the community through pop-ups, tastings, and culinary events. She believes great food tells a story—and she is always excited to share the next chapter.
Please note as our menus are made from farm fresh ingredients and based on harvest availability some items may change without notice.
