This intimate, four-course dinner will be served family-style, highlighting the freshest ingredients sourced directly from local farmers and producers featured in our market.Throughout the evening, enjoy a unique Meet the Farmer experience, connecting with the people behind your food, hearing their stories, and gaining a deeper appreciation for the journey from field to table.
Set at one long communal table, this dinner is designed to bring people together over incredible food, meaningful conversation, and a shared love of everything local.
Chef Mario of Pasta Bar will bring us together around the table with a seasonal menu made from ingredients sourced directly from local producers. It’s a celebration of the farmers, makers, and flavors that make our community so special.

Salad Course- Mixed Bitter Lettuces with Shaved Fennel, Radish, Carrots, and Buttermilk Dressing
Pasta Course- Rigatoni Carbonara featuring Pasta Bar’s House-made Rigatoni, Guanciale, Local Eggs, Pecorino Romano, Peas, Artichokes, and Mint
Main Course- Skirt Steak with Spring Herb Chimichurri, served alongside Roasted Asparagus with Whipped Ricotta, Walnuts, and Balsamic
