About this Event
Exercise your Mussels.
A dinner for those fond of seafood and mussels. It is inspired by Flex Mussels a well-known mussels and oysters restaurant in Manhattan's Upper East Side. Everyone should eat more mussels. They are very nutritious, full of easy-to-absorb Heme Iron, Omega 3 and B12 vitamins, making them a superfood.
Arrive at 7:00PM to explore the farm and enjoy some passed hors d' oeuvres and chilled herbal tea. Feel free to bring any other beverages that you would like to enjoy (beer, wine, soda, etc) we’ll provide the glassware.
Once all the guests arrive we will sit communally next to friends old and new. Food will be served family style to be passed and shared around the table. Our menus reflect the farm and always include greens harvested the day of the event.

4 way mussels with home made wood fired baked sourdough focaccia to soak up the juices
Classic Mussels Mariniere, white wine onions and shallots parsley.
Curry Mussels with coconut milk and lemon grass
Mussels with tomatoes, garlic shallots white wine and herbes de provence
Western France Mussels and, fish with butter, cream shallots leeks white wine and Cognac
Steamed parsley potatoes
Dessert
Tarte Tatin. Famous apple caramel tartes from Normandy with Creme Chantilly edible flowers and and Jamaican cherries
Petit fours
Candied orange peels dipped in chocolate
Bon appetit.
This menu is pescaterian and gluten free friendly by omitting Foccacia and when requesting no puff pastry on the Tarte Tatin. Please allow a 48 hrs notice
We also sell produce!!
$25 bag of fresh produce is available for purchase with your ticket; we’ll have it bagged up and ready to take home when dinner is finished.
