Cuban Farm to Table Dinners - Two Weeks Only!Chef Garron Sanchez brings the vibrant flavors of Cuba to our farm for a limited two-week run.
Five courses of Cuban-inspired cuisine:
Golden chicken croquettes with aji verde and corn pico de gallo
Tender beef picadillo in flaky pastry with agave glaze
Crispy tostones with avocado mousse and garlicky mojo
Mojo chicken over creamy aji verde rice with charred lime
Guava semi freddo with chile and puff pastry
August 13th & August 20th
Each dinner includes an optional ticket add-on- welcome cocktails and optional wine pairings. Merry Travelers will be providing live music from 5-8pm, and the bar cart will be open for small bites and drinks for guests not joining us for dinner.
