Join us for Farm Fitness, a morning composting series where we will work our muscles and learn about composting. You can expect to:
- Stretching and light yoga
- Get a workout while turning compost
- Learn composting basics and the importance of diverting food waste from landfills
- Advanced composting methods (Hot composting)
- Build Community
Please wear clothes you are comfoortable getting dirty in. Bring water, sun protection, yoga mat and a hat.
