Dear Charlotteville friends, many of you may know that the sun is setting on 20 wonderful years in Virginia for my family and I; I’ll be moving back to Canada at the end of next week (Alex is already thriving at the University of Ottawa, where he started to study a couple of weeks ago). I am knee deep in packing and getting ready for the big move, but I wanted to take a moment to say goodbye.
I’ll be at Carter Mountain next Thursday, September 18th starting at 6pm for the sunset series; if any of you would like to swing by and say farewell, I’d love to see you there. And if you can’t make it, no worries; I’ll return for visits periodically and we can catch up then. I’ll also have the honor of continuing to represent the beautiful state of Virginia while living in Canada.
