Gerhardus, Henkelhausen, and Marius Wankel are long-time collaborators who have, over the years, developed their own language of musical gestures and textures. Together, they expand on the possibilities of their instruments to form a combined body of sound, where roles and lines between the musicians blur and unite as an organism.
With their debut album the group presents a collection of free improvisations, curated as long and hypnotizing songs that break apart, change shape, and come together again.
Released as a double album, the two LPs act as different attempts to create a flow from piece to piece, creating a larger arc and narrating a multitude of stories.
