Far Bar Presents: Suntory 2024 Tsukuriwake Whisky Tasting & Dinner

Please join Far Bar and Suntory for an intimate dinner and whiskey tasting experience featuring the 2024 Tsukuriwake Whiskey.

The tasting will be led by West Coast Brand Ambassador for House of Suntory, Jonathan Armstrong.

Here's what you can expect:

1. Welcome Cocktail
2. 2 Pre-plated appetizers Set

Set 1:

1. Tuna tataki
2. Unagi roll
3. Cherrywood smoked salmon

Set 2:

1. Kurobuta kakuni
2. Seared hamachi crudo
3. Wagyu nigiri

Dinner buffet including:

1. Handrolls on sesame soy paper:

• Black cod misoyaki
• Crab and avocado

1. Smoked vegetables
2. Sesame roasted fingerling potatoes
3. Binchotan strip loin
4. Yakitori

Tasting led by Jonathan Armstrong

2024 Tsukuriwake Whiskey tasting will include .75 oz pours of:

1. Yamazaki Golden Promise
2. Yamazaki Islay Peated
3. Yamazaki Mizunara 18 year
4. Hakushu Peated Malt 18 year

This is an intimate, private event.

Ticket includes food, drinks, tax, gratuity, etc.
