Fanning the Forgotten Flame - Roar and Restore

There is a fire that lives beneath suppression, fear, and self-abandonment.
This one-day immersive retreat is an invitation to remember it, move it, and learn how to live with it without burning out.
Fanning the Forgotten Flame: Roar and Restore is a guided, embodied journey through rage, release, rebirth, and reclamation. This is not about explosive catharsis or passive healing. It is about learning to access your power, direct it intentionally, and restore yourself afterward.
This work is fierce, ethical, and deeply regulated.
What We Will Explore Together
Tapping into True Rage
Rage is not the problem. Suppressed rage is.
We begin by reframing anger as information, fuel, and a boundary. Using an emotional frequency chart, we explore how different emotional states move or freeze energy in the body. Through a partnered reflection exercise, participants are invited to name what makes them angry in a supported, intentional way, followed by a guided rage release that emphasizes choice, containment, and safety.
This section includes:
Emotional frequency education
Partnered inquiry: What makes you angry?
Intentional rage release
TFT, EFT, and somatic movement to move energy without overwhelm
Magic as Activism
Magic is not an escape. It is engagement.
We explore how intention, boundary, and responsibility intersect, and how personal power connects to collective impact. This includes teaching and practice around return-to-sender work and directive healing, framed clearly and ethically as boundary restoration and energy sovereignty rather than retaliation.
This work anchors inner transformation to real-world integrity.
Shedding Fear and Reclaiming Power
Candle Magic: Give the Shame and Blame to the Flame
Participants are guided through a candle ritual designed to release shame, blame, and internalized fear. What has frozen you, silenced you, or kept you small is named and offered to the fire to be transformed, not analyzed.
This ritual is about melting the ice that keeps the fire from flowing.
Rebirth and Womb Healing
Rebirth here is not about erasing the past. It is about arriving with agency.
Through guided embodiment, containment, and choice-based movement, participants reconnect with creative life force, repair themes of arrival and belonging, and reclaim the body as a place of origin, boundary, and power.
This work is inclusive and invitational. Participation is always by choice.
Self-Love as Power
Self-Love Spell Jars
Self-love is not sentiment. It is loyalty.
Participants create a self-love spell jar designed to support ongoing self-protection, warmth, and inner steadiness. This practice reframes self-love as something lived and practiced, not just felt, and offers a tangible anchor to take home.
Ready to Ride the Fire Horse
Guided Visualization
The retreat culminates in a guided visualization and embodied journey where participants meet their inner fire not as something to suppress or fear, but as something to ride. This practice focuses on direction, pace, and partnership with power.
You do not leave burning.
You leave knowing how to move.
Sound Bath Integration
A grounding sound bath closes the day, allowing everything that has been stirred, released, and reclaimed to settle into the body. This is integration, not escape. Participants leave regulated, present, and resourced.
Nourishment Provided
Throughout the afternoon, grounding snacks and warm drinks will be available, including:
Popcorn
Fresh fruit and vegetables
Nuts
S’mores
Tea
Hot chocolate
Water
