About this Event
Join Mini Buddhas Kids Yoga for a playful, feel-good 30-minute family yoga class designed to get little bodies moving and grown-ups stretching, breathing, and connecting right alongside them. This class is best for ages 2 and up, but all ages are welcome, and adults are encouraged to fully participate. Yes, this one’s for you too.
Expect kid-friendly poses, simple mindfulness, music, and imagination, all woven into a theme that keeps kids engaged while still feeling fun and grounding for adults. Think movement, laughter, connection, and just enough calm to leave everyone feeling refreshed
After class, stay and mingle with the Babies & Brews crew and enjoy the community vibe.
✨ Optional add-on: Families can choose to build a Mindful Kit with Just Play by E.Co. after class. The class itself is free, with a fee only if you choose to build a kit.

• 🕚 Class time: 11:00–11:30 AM- Event until 2pm.
• 📍 Location: Indoor space at Palm City Brewing
• 🧘♀️ Bring a yoga mat or towel
• 👕 Wear comfortable clothes you can move in
• 👨👩👧👦 This is a true family class – adults participate with their kids
