Family Yoga is a class that takes children and parents on a magical, movement based adventure, through a Christmas inspired story-time. It’s a chance to stretch those giggles and flex those smiles as you dive into a world of fun and fitness. We will play games, we will dance, and we will move our bodies in all sorts of ways. But most importantly, we will have fun TOGETHER. ❤️ This class is designed for children between the ages of 3-9.
