Join us for “DIY Journal Making”, an art workshop led by artist and printmaker Victor Rosas! Discover the craft of creating unique journals using recycled materials, encouraging sustainability, artistry, and the DIY ethos. This hands-on workshop is for all ages and experience levels. All materials will be provided. 🌿✂️
ABOUT THE TEACHING ARTIST:
Victor Rosas is a Los Angeles–based artist and printmaker. Complimentary to his artistic practice, Rosas teaches printmaking and art workshops at Self Help Graphics.
ABOUT SHG’S PROGRAM “FAMILY WORKSHOPS AT THE LIBRARY”:
Self Help Graphics & Art’s monthly free Family Workshops are held at the East Los Angeles Library every second Saturday of the month in the Community Room. Limited public parking is available. The East Los Angeles County Library is located at 4837 E 3rd St, Los Angeles, CA 90022, directly across from the Metro E Line East LA Civic Center Station, at the intersection of 3rd Street and Mednik Avenue.
