About this Event
Family wool taster day
Come spend a relaxed day learning, playing and creating.
This will be a one day workshop where you'll have the opportunity to learn about different ways of using wool, wet felt, needle felt and how to use a peg loom to create a small rug or wall hanging. You can focus one one technique or try your hand on all three. The choice is yours.
During this workshop we will use raw wool, ethical merino wool and repurposed balls of yarn.
Rowenna has over 20 years of experience in leading workshops and is an experienced Arts in Health practitioner, having worked in the private and public sector leading workshops and creating commissioned work.
The workshop will be held near Bala, nestled between the Berwyn hills and the legendary Llyn Tegid.
