What kind of home do you want to create for your family?
This free 60-minute gathering is a space for families with children 0–7 to slow down, reconnect, and get clear on the culture they want to build at home — starting with the nervous system.
What we'll do together:
- A short grounding to reset and arrive (3 min nervous system practice)
- A guided Family Culture Vision exercise — your values, your non-negotiables, the home you're building
- A closing share — introduce yourself and one word for the home you're creating
