About this Event
Join Lucy Ascham for a full day to experience Systemic Constellations Workshop in Sheffield - a gentle, experiential space to explore relationship dynamics, family patterns, and personal challenges through the lens of embodied systemic healing.
Whether you bring an issue to explore or simply take part as a witness or representative, you’ll be part of a powerful shared field where healing and insight unfold.
This day is a great introduction to the work if you haven't done it before, as well as a chance to deepen your own healing. Many people come back again and again, it can be a privilege to witness and be part of this healing work. Our own pesonal work always overlaps with the issue holder's focus.
Constellations help us see how we’re shaped by the systems we belong to - our families, our bodies, our nervous systems. Even if we were adopted or never met our parents or no longer keep in touch, their life experiences still affect us. This work helps us gently untangle the unhelpful parts of what has been passed down and find new ways to move forward, with more resource and love.
You’ll take part in a simple, embodied exercise that bring awareness to unconscious habits, relational dynamics, and hidden influences. It’s not about analysing or acting - it’s about feeling your body sensations, noticing what affects you, and allowing insight to emerge.
Healing happens not just through personal focus, but by witnessing others. Often, just being present in someone else’s constellation can spark deep shifts in your own life.

Please note: This workshop is not therapy and is not a substitute for therapy. If you feel you may be destabilized by hearing or sharing difficult experiences, this may not be the right setting. You are welcome to bring your therapist or counsellor with you.
I also offer private 1:1 sessions to support you before or after the workshop. I work in person in Sheffield and Hathersage, and online on zoom worldwide.
"Our bodies, quite literally, hold the trauma and stress of the past, including painful childhood experiences and the traumas of the generations before us."
Sarah Peyton, Neuroscience Educator, Founder of Resonant Healing Language & Master Family Constellator
About Lucy Ascham:
If we work together, you’ll quickly notice that I bring a blend of gentleness, curiosity and deep respect for your nervous system. My background is a bit of a tapestry. I’ve been an Alexander Technique teacher since 2003, and over the years I’ve become increasingly trauma‑educated, because real change only happens when the body feels safe enough to soften.
I’m also a Certified Resonant Language Practitioner, trained directly with its founder, Sarah Peyton 2024. Resonance is at the heart of how I work. It’s the art of being with someone in a way that helps their brain and body feel understood, rather than pushed or fixed. This is neuroscience in action, using the language tools which help our brains heal.
Since 2019 I’ve been facilitating systemic constellations, trained by The Centre for Systemic Constellations with Gaye Donaldson, Chris Williams and Sheila McCarthy‑Dodd. I continue to study with Sarah Peyton in Emergent Constellations, which brings applied relational neuroscience into constellation work. I’ve also trained with Sarah’s Russian master teacher, Elena Veselago, and hold a certificate in Contemporary Constellation and Field Work.
All of this sits on top of decades of embodied practice. What it means for you is simple. When we work together, you’re met by someone who listens with their whole self. Someone who understands how trauma shapes the body and how the body and brain can gently unwind and heal. Someone who trusts your system’s wisdom and knows how to accompany you without rushing or overriding.
My approach is grounded in relational neuroscience, nervous system awareness and a fierce commitment to truth and compassion. I’m here to help you find more ease, more choice and more connection with yourself, one moment at a time.

Let something shift.
Let something soften.
Let something new emerge.
I look forward to seeing you there and helping you lighten your load,
warmly
