Family Support Group at NAMI Tri‑County is a welcoming, peer‑led space for adults who have a loved one who lives with mental health conditions. When: Every Thursday of each month (except December and observed holidays)

This supportive space is for family members and supporters seeking connection, encouragement, and helpful tools for navigating their loved one’s mental health journey.
No registration is required, and all NAMI Tri‑County support groups are free to attend.
