This support group provides family members with the opportunity to connect with others who are experiencing similar challenges, reduce isolation, and strengthen community networks. Our facilitators are trained and have their own current lived experience caring for and having adult children or other family members who are struggling with a mental health condition. They are passionate about providing this much needed resource for those in our community.
