Family Storytelling WorkshopBy Keepsake Family HistoryHave you always wanted to capture your ancestors’ life stories, but don’t know where to begin? You’ve got the memories, photos and records – but they’re collecting dust in boxes or hard drives.
Join founders Sarah & Sam for a hands-on workshop testing an early version of Keepsake Family History – an app that turns family history research into shareable ancestor profiles (and, eventually, a beautiful book of ancestor biographies).
What you’ll need• A laptop or mobile phone to work from• A box of memories about one ancestor (photos, documents, letters, family tree)• For digital files – ensure you can access these on the day from your laptop/phone on cloud or device storage
The more you bring, the richer your profile will be.
Taking place in the Court Room at The Old Town Hall in Trowbridge, Saturday 28 March, 12:30pm – 3:30pm. Tickets £5 per person.
Privacy: As part of the workshop, you will upload family history information to explore the Keepsake app. Your data remains private to you, is not retained by us, and is deleted after the workshop. Full Workshop Privacy Notice.
