Please join us for an in-person joint Youth for Astronomy & Engineering Program "STEM Forum" and Cosmic Visions Student Art Exhibition on May 16, 2024 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.Please join us to learn about how we create stunning images and videos from telescope data, then hear from local student artists about how they are inspired by the telescope images. Talks will be followed by an opportunity to view the artwork created by the local students and engage in hands-on activities.
Weather-permitting, the night will close with a tour of the Morris W. Offit Telescope.
The program is geared towards students in 4th to 12th grade (middle and high school youth), but all are welcome to attend.
The event is FREE to attend, but pre-registration is required. Light refreshments will be provided during the art exhibition portion.
