Join Helen’s Sound Meditation under the vines & flowers, for a calm, fun session for the children to explore Sound Meditation, through story, breath and sounds.Calm breath, relaxing the body interweaving the beautiful sounds of Hand pan, Drum ,Koshi Chimes, Singing Bowls, Gong and Native Flute.
Followed by picking a bunch of flowers to take home.
This sessions is for children accompanied by their adult/s to explore sound meditation, nature and flowers together.
