So what is sound healing?
It’s a deeply restorative practice where instruments like crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and voice create vibrations that gently move through the body. These frequencies help regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and bring the body and mind back into balance. It’s not something you have to “do." You simply rest, receive, and allow.
Why it’s so powerful for both kids and adults:
Children naturally drop into the experience. They’re open, imaginative, and receptive, making this a beautiful way to support emotional regulation, focus, and a sense of calm in their bodies. For adults, it’s a rare chance to slow down, release stress, and reconnect inward… especially when shared alongside your children. There’s something incredibly special about co-regulating as a family in a space like this.

Troy, known as The Troy Story 3, is a movement and sound therapist devoted to helping others reconnect with their Divine Innocence through music, dance, and mindfulness. After a life-changing spiritual awakening and training in Rishikesh, India, he developed his signature Assomatic Release Therapy (ART) to support emotional release through somatic movement. Based in Costa Rica, Troy travels globally sharing his work and empowering others to heal, express, and transform from within.
