A Family Sound Bath offers a soothing space where parents and children can relax together. Gentle tones from gongs, bowls, and chimes create an atmosphere of calm, helping little ones settle while adults unwind, making it a nurturing experience for the whole family.This session is not suitable for infants, or toddlers; recommended age 7 and up.
Children should be able to remain quiet and fairly still for the entirety of the session as to not disrupt others.
