Family Song Circle - Mother's Day Edition!

A place to come together to participate in the healing power of song, for a Mother’s Day special. Family life can be exhausting and all-encompassing. This space is designed for you to relax and be held just where you are. Borne of a desire to bring families and the wider community together into an accessible space of shared expression and creativity, we welcome parents, children, and all wanting to share space in a way that reminds us of "Village".

All are welcome in this space to come and celebrate the the mothers! Let’s help mothers to receive and show them our gratitude for all they do!

We invite you to bring yourself, your children, your extended family and friends. Volunteers will be available for parent/family needs and we welcome elders and those wanting to share space with parents and children in a supportive way.

Come with a family-friendly song if you have one and be open to receive and share what's alive for you. Please come with an open mind and heart to those around you.

No musical or song circle experience needed, but instruments for yourself and your kiddos are welcome. We will have trained musicians there holding space and encouraging expression and co-creation. Your children are welcome to engage as much as they'd like and we will have some space for them to play on their own, as well.
Access to kitchen, bathroom and outdoors available. Children at any age are welcome and you are welcome to take care of their needs in any way you feel appropriate in the space. We will have chairs available - feel free to bring cushions, blankets or pillows to make yourself more comfortable.
