Join us behind Locust City Hall for a Family Movie Night featuring Disney’s Lilo & Stitch. Our movie nights are free and open to the public, thanks to our local community sponsors. This movie night is sponsored by Ready Mix of the Carolinas. The South Sea Dancers will be joining us for a pre-show performance featuring hula and fire dancers. This project was supported by the North Carolina Arts Council, a division of the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources, and the Stanly County Arts Council.
Bring a blanket or lawn chair and find a spot in the lawn and enjoy a movie under the stars! There is also limited parking in our "drive-in" section at the back of the yard. For drive-in seating, please enter the yard from Kiser Lane, beside the Veterans Memorial.
The backyard will open at 6:00 PM with the South Sea Dancers performing from 6:30-7:45 and the movie starting at sunset, around 8:15 PM. Parking is available in the Town Center public parking spaces.
