About this Event
“Family Moves” is a family friendly 4-week workshop that introduces gentle stretch, intentional breath, and movement for mobility. Workshop is designed to encourage families to move together to increase connection, mobility, and JOY. Taught by world renowned Hip Hop XICANA, Leyda “Lady Sol” Garcia in partnership with Healing Arts Chicago.
Please wear comfortable clothes to move in and water. Mats will be provided. Gentle music will be utilized alonside Caribbean rhythms.
Family Moves es un taller familiar de 4 semanas que presenta estiramientos suaves, respiración intencional y movimiento para la movilidad. El taller está diseñado para animar a las familias a moverse juntas para aumentar la conexión, la movilidad y la ALEGRÍA. Impartido por la mundialmente conocida Hip Hop XICANA, Leyda Lady Sol Garcia, en asociación con Healing Arts Chicago.
Por favor, usen ropa cómoda para moverse y traigan agua. Se proporcionarán colchonetas (yoga mats). Se utilizará música suave con ritmos caribeños.
