Join us Saturday at 9:00 AM for our Family Jiu-Jitsu Class, designed for kids and their parents or family members to train together on the mats.
This class focuses on:
- Building confidence and coordination
- Learning basic jiu-jitsu movements together
- Strengthening family connection through training
- Having fun in a safe, supportive environment
👨👩👧 How it works:
Kids will partner with the adult who attends with them, learning techniques and movements together. The class is structured to be engaging, age-appropriate, and beginner-friendly.
🕘 Schedule:
- Saturday
- 9:00–9:45 AM (45-minute class)
🥋 What to wear:
- Comfortable workout clothes
- No uniform or previous experience required

- Advance registration is required before attending class
