Family Fun Saturdays at the ArizonaCenter- Mardi Gras

Free Event for the public. Festive Mardi Gras Family Friendly event. All ages welcome. Market happens every third Saturday of the month with a different theme. Free 2 hour parking, Free giveaways, Free shopping bag and Free necklaces and/or mask. Come celebrate, eat, shop and have some family fun.

Customer Parking Garage: First 250 customers get free 2 hour parking. Tickets will be in the Information Desk table. The parking location is on the corner of Fillmore St and 5th St. There are elevators, stairs and a path leading to the AZ Center. Signs will be up display Arizona Center parking.

VENDOR EVENT DETAILS

Vendors wanted for the event. Tickets available for purchase. Show proof of purchased ticket upon arrival of event to organizer.

6 x 6 or 10 x 10 table space, food cart or max 2-3 food trucks

Family friendly items to be sold only please no cannabis/smoke products.

Please note this is a Family Friendly all ages event. Please be professional at all times and respect the property or you will be asked to leave.

Placement: You will be placed upon arrival. Main food vendors are near the entrance by AMC Theater. Music is in the Baseketball statue. Please do not block any main business doors. Tents are optional since there are lots of shaded areas. You can decorate your tent but its optional. Have a neat and professional booth please.

Set Up Time: Starts at 8 am. You can setup between 8-9:30 am please. MUST be ready by 10 am.

Take down Time: After 3 pm please no leaving early unless there is an emergency. Please clean up afterwards including any trash.

Unloading: A utility cart is suggested but not required. Unload at the Valet Circle at the side entrance of the AZ Center located at 3rd St & Van Buren St. Unload everything in the hallway or take it to your vendor spot. Then please park your car at the vendor parking. Then return to prepare your space.

FREE Vendor Parking: Underground parking is available details prior to event.

Restrooms: Are located near Bosa Donuts. The restroom has a code will be given via email prior event. You can give the code out to the customers.

Information Desk: will validate the free 2 hour customer parking, give out free shopping bags and some stuffed frog animals. Security will be available making sure we are safe and/or if there are any issues.
