About this Event
A playful and engaging yoga class designed for families to move, breathe, and connect together. Using kid-friendly sequences and simple mindfulness practices, this class helps children improve focus, balance, and body awareness while giving adults an opportunity to reset and unwind.
Families can expect:

• Lighthearted breathwork and relaxation tools
• Partner poses and creative sequencing
• A welcoming, inclusive environment
No prior yoga experience needed. This class is offered as part of the Spanda Circle series and emphasizes exploration, connection, and the joy of shared movement.
Saturdays, 10–10:45am (Second Saturday every other month starting January 10th, 2026)
$30 for 1 adult + 1 child (4–12) • $5 per additional participant
