About this Event
Join us for a Family Sound Bath, where participants of all ages can come together to relax, rejuvenate, and harmonize in a nurturing environment. This special session is designed to help families bond through the soothing vibrations of sound, offering a unique way to connect and unwind together.
We’ll begin with a brief guided meditation, followed by a 30-45 minute sound bath. Afterward, there will be time for families to explore and play with the instruments themselves. Sound healing is a wonderful way for kids to decompress and release stuck emotions, making it a powerful tool for the entire family.
