Class Description:
This yoga class is truly great for all yogis—whether you are brand new and feel called to the practice, returning to your mat after a break, or have been practicing for years.
Meet Your Instructor:
Sam has over 10 years of yoga experience and specializes in modified and individualized yoga. She works with clients ranging from those with cerebral palsy who need gentle, supported movements to experienced yogis mastering advanced poses like crow, king lizard, headstand, and bird of paradise.
Class Structure:
- Start with the most accessible versions of poses.
- Progress into deeper expressions for those who wish to explore further.
Judgment-Free Zone:
There is absolutely no judgment in this space. Beginners—know that anyone accessing "advanced" poses has simply spent more time on their mat. Their progress reflects their own journey, not your limitations. Be inspired, never intimidated.
Focus on Self-Love:
True advancement in yoga is the ability to sit with yourself in love and acceptance. This is far more powerful than achieving any pose you witness.
