Would you like to start the half term with a healthy and fun outdoor activity? Then join us for a dose of relaxing nature activity and Forest Bathing session in Beckenham Place Park. We explore the ancient woodland, walk about 1.5-2km and stop in glades to do some nature crafting and nature connection activities - using all our senses . Then we chill out with a guided relaxation under the tree canopy and end with a warm drink and snack. Two for the price of one and second child is free (please let the organiser know of extra children).

Your guide, Maya, (qualified with The Forest Bathing Institute -Complimentary Medicine Association accredited), has experience of leading forest bathing sessions for almost 300 people and has an up to date Enhanced DBS Check Certificate .

Info: We meet from 13.15 a.m onwards for an 13.30 start, walk about 1.5 - 2 km in the ancient woodland and do various nature connection and crafting activities. The session ends at 3.30 p.m after a guided relaxation, warm drink and small snack and a return to the meeting point. For those wanting some refreshments before/after the session, there are two cafes and a farmers food market. Your guide is Maya - is a qualified Forest Bathing+ Guide ( with The Forest Bathing Institute -Complimentary Medicine Association accredited), has experience of running sessions for almost 300 people to date and has an up to date enhanced DBS certificate.
