Age suitabilitySessions are aimed at children aged 4 and above.
Bring your children down to Willow Tree Centre for fun at Forest School.
Parents/carers join in with the session, as children are introduced to the wonders of the forest through play, song, story telling, craft and practical skills.
What will happen in the session?
Have fun in the woods with your family learning how to build a den using ropes and tarps. We will be teaching a range of knots that you can use to put up your ridge line and finish by testing the dens for their waterproof ability!
What to wear?
At Forever Green Forest School, we believe that there is no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothes! The session will take place in most weathers, so come prepared wearing layers, waterproof coats and long trousers, hats, suncream and some waterproof wellies or walking boots.
Meeting Point
Park in the car park at the Willow Tree Centre. The address is: The Willow Tree Centre, Breakspear Road North, Harefield, Middlesex, UB9 6LZ. The meeting log circle is visible from the carpark.
