About this Event
A gentle, mindful family foraging and nature connection walk in Hillmorton Blue bell woods, Rugby. This experience is open to all ages and offers an opportunity to slow down and reconnect with the natural world together.
We will explore the landscape through folklore and mythology and notice the stories plants and trees have to tell us. Along the way we'll learn about a selection of wild edibles in a safe and sustainable way.
There will be a chance to try home made foraged treats as well as take part in a simple nature based creative activity designed to encourage curiosity, play and connection.
Children must be accompanied by an adult. This is a small group experience to ensure a gentle, inclusive and supportive atmosphere for everyone.
