We are proud to host our 4th annual “Family Fit Fest,” a family-oriented, 2-person workout-for-a-cause event for our city and a few of the surrounding AZ cities (Phoenix, Green Valley, Marana).
Last year, we raised $1655 that went directly to St. Jude Children's Research hospital, and we aim to top that amount this year.
The aim of this event is to bring together families, friends, and community members in a spirit of friendly competition, with a focus on raising both funds and awareness for childhood cancer.
Teams can be made up of any combination of adults and teenagers (ages 13-19), whether they are family members or not.
While the event encourages teenagers to participate in a unique environment they may not typically experience in regular CrossFit competitions, we welcome teams of all kinds—including those made up solely of adults.
The goal is to create a fun, inclusive atmosphere that builds community while supporting a vital cause.
Registration will be limited to the first 30 teams, and we'll have 2 categories (RX/Scaled) and 4 divisions (Adult Male/ Teen Male, Adult Female/Teen Female, Adult Male/Teen Female, Adult Female/Teen Male).
Registration goes live Feb 1 , and be on the look out for "Division Standards." We want this to be a fun event, so please make sure to check these standards carefully.
